Information about the back third of the building rentals:

• This type of rental is available anytime the brewery is normally open. ​Options are available for extending the rental time before and/or after normal hours. We've hosted many birthday parties, company gatherings, weddings & baby showers, and other events with this type of rental.
• Area holds up to about 50 people. It will be separated and reserved but it is open to the rest of the building (it is not a seperate room).
• Reservations guarantees the space, tables and chairs for your group at the date and time requested. A reservation requires the non-refundable payment of the first hour of the rental once the reservation from is received. 
• You are able to run a tab so your guests are able to enjoy drinks and/or food from The Hungry Ghost Food Truck if so desired.
• The Hungry Ghost is available for catering as well, but you are also welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Rates:
  • Monday-Wednesday: $50/hour
  • Thursday: $75/hour
  • Friday & Saturday
    • Before 6PM: $75/hour
    • After 6PM: $125/hour
  • ​Sunday: $75/hour

Entire Building Rentals

• These rentals are available for things like company parties, wedding ceremonies & receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, etc.
• Typically, the rental includes the entire building, area around the oak, and The Hopyard, for 10 continuous hours the day of the rental. Details are determined on a case by case basis based on the needs & scope of your event. Reservations require a 20% down payment, with half serving as non-refundable deposit and the other half is a refundable security deposit.
• The Hungry Ghost is available for catering.
• DJ Jeremy Fischer's services are available upon request

Back third of Firefly Field, All of Firefly Field, and Entire Property Rentals

• Back third of Firefly Field (~20,000 square feet outdoors) is available for rental at $50/hour
  • ​We also have options with a high-peak frame tent & picnic tables for your group. Prices below include 4 hours of rental time, the tent, and picnic tables:
    • ​20’x20’ Tent & Tables for 50 people -- $425
    • 20’x30’ Tent & Tables for 75 people -- $550
    • 20'x40' Tent & Tables for 100 people -- $625
    • Larger sizes available by request
    • The Hungry Ghost is available for catering.
    • DJ Jeremy Fischer's services are available upon request
• All of Firefly Field and the Entire Property are also options for rentals
