- All rentals must be a minimum of 2 hours in length. Please include time for decorating/setting up & clean up in your requested rental time.
- A portion of the rental fee is required as a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the rental fee total at the time of final payment. The non-refundable deposit is necessary for holding all dates and times requested. Deposits can be paid online through Square or via check by mail.
- Outside food is allowed with advanced notice. Non-alcoholic beverages may also be brought to your event but they must be stored in an open container that is visible to staff, so we can follow NC permit requirements. Coolers are not prohibited. We do not have an ice machine on site.
- Yes, you may run tabs at the bar and or food truck for your guests. You can choose to leave an open tab in which case we will provide you with wristbands to give your party. If you choose to set a limit on drinks per person, we will ask for an approximate, final head count the week of the event, and provide you with poker chips to give your guests. These chips will indicate to bar staff that these items are to be placed on your tab.
- Our bar offers a dozen house-made beers, house-made hard seltzer & ginger beer, Bold Rock Hard Cider, Bota Box Chardonnay and Nighthawk Black wines, Souther Williams Rose' wine, and non-alcoholic beer. We also have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
- We only have so much space on site for storing anything you bring that may need to be kept cool. Please be sure to communicate in advance anything you might be bringing (desserts, fruit, etc.) so that we can try to accommodate you.
- We do not have space heaters or fire pits on our property.
- Any attractions or entertainment you wish to bring to your party must be approved in advance.
- Failure to leave the rental space, equipment, and property in the condition you find it in will result in extra charges.
We offer a variety of rental options on our property with the ability to accommodate any size party. Whether hosting a casual family get together, kid's birthday party, or a formal function, we will use the information you provide in the online rental form to make certain your specific needs are met. Over the last 8 years we have hosted birthday parties, graduation celebrations, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, wedding ceremonies, and more! Our staff takes pride in ensuring every rental experience caters to the requests of the customer and that every guest in attendance has a great time.

Depending on the size of your party and any special requests, we offer several spaces. The information you provide us will help us determine which area is best suited to meet your needs.

- Covered Patio (semi-private, groups up to 100)
- Pole Barn (private, groups up to 150)
- Firefly Field (can be semi or fully private, groups up to 1,000)
- The entire building (private, groups up to 150)
- Entire property (private, groups up to 1,500)
- Table reservations (up to 4 tables for small group gatherings at $15 an hour for each table)
We want your experience to be exceptional! To help achieve this, we offer these additional services.
- Tablecloths and or centerpieces for all or a select number of tables included in your rental space.
- Tablecloths (white) - $6 per table
- Centerpieces (fresh flowers) - $10 per table
- Both tablecloths & centerpieces - $15 per table
- PA system, speakers, and microphone rental: $150
- Custom Trivia featuring a playlist with your personal requests (not available Thursday due to regularly scheduled trivia):
- 1 hour: $125
- 2 hour: $175
- DJ: $100 per hour
All rental rates are determined based on the time of year, day of the week, location of rental, and what else is happening at the brewery on your requested date.
We offer discounted rates to non-profit and charitable organizations.
Discounted rates are also available to returning rental customers and if you refer Blue Ghost to another group, both parties will earn discounts on future rentals.
