Blue Ghost Brewing Company is excited to announce The 2020 WNC Natural History Educational Series will occur on 3 days of February-April. 10% if sales these nights will go to the partnering non-profit organizations or their causes. The event is free and open to the public. This day we'll welcome the following presentation:
February 19 -- Who Gives a Hoot?
Stephen Tillotson, Park Ranger, Chimney Rock State Park (Friends of Chimney Rock State Park)
Everyone loves our nocturnal hooting neighbors, but what makes them so awesome? A state park ranger will teach you all about our native species and what makes them all so very unique. Then volunteers can dress up in costume as we learn together the incredible characteristics that give the Great Horned Owls the nickname Tigers of the Air.

Please note this talk will be OUTSIDE in Firefly Field, weather permitting. Please bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets to sit on. for the talk.
The multimedia presentations will last for about 45 minutes and feature a question and answers session at the end. There will be 12 beers on tap, Bold Rock Hard Cider, a red & white wine and a draught non-alcoholic homemade Blue Ghost 2-Diddy Root Beer for purchase. Food options will be available as well from Blue Ghost’s own The Hungry Ghost from 5:30-7:00 PM.
